Straightforward answers about pricing, getting paid, scheduling, services, messaging, and how the practitioner portal works.

Getting started

What you need, how onboarding works, and what to expect.

What is Neurowaze for practitioners?+
Neurowaze helps you attract and manage clients with a public directory, secure bookings and payments, and a practitioner portal for scheduling, messaging, and client support tools.
What do I need to start using Neurowaze?+
To take paid bookings on Neurowaze you will need a Stripe account connected in the portal, and Google Calendar connected for availability and scheduling.
How long does it take to get set up?+
Most practitioners can get set up quickly: connect Google Calendar, connect Stripe, set working hours, and publish the services you want clients to book.
Can I try it with low commitment?+
Yes. There is no subscription. You only pay when you earn from bookings made on the platform, which keeps it a low-risk investment for practitioners.

Pricing, fees and getting paid

How fees work, who pays them, and how payouts happen.

Is there a subscription to be listed on Neurowaze?+
No. There is no subscription. You only pay when you earn from bookings made on the platform.
Is there a booking fee for clients?+
Yes. At the time of booking, there is a small transaction fee to cover secure Stripe card processing plus a platform fee that supports the Neurowaze service. In total, this is approximately 5% of each transaction.
What does the Neurowaze fee cover?+
It helps keep the service running and improving, including secure Stripe payments, booking workflows, reminders, messaging and the practitioner portal that reduces admin for you and creates a smoother client experience.
How do I get paid through Neurowaze?+
You connect Stripe in the portal. Client payments are processed through Stripe and paid out to you via Stripe payouts.
Can I see payment status in the portal?+
Yes. The portal shows payment setup status and payment-related settings.
Do fees change what I set as my price?+
You control your session prices. The booking fee is handled at checkout, and clients see the total before confirming payment.
